Tindahan’s mission is to support small businesses by providing a platform to showcase a variety of handmade and curated products. We aim to create a diverse community of vendors, celebrating local talent and fostering sustainable business growth.
We offer various space options to suit the needs of your small business. Your products must fit within the space you select, adhering to the provided dimensions. You’re welcome to use additional displays within your space, such as jewelry displays, risers, or holders, to showcase your products.
.For apparel vendors or those who wish to utilize our in-store storage, an additional fee applies ($30 plus tax). This fee also covers restocking from storage, when available.

Applications are evaluated on various factors such as product quality, uniqueness, variety offered in the store, and overall brand presence. We strive to curate a balanced mix of vendors, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to succeed.
To join Tindahan, vendors must commit to a minimum of four months and have a valid business license. Food vendors are also required to provide an approved Alberta Health Services (AHS) permit. All vendors must use our online inventory system to track stock and sales, and ensure their display remains neat, organized, and aligned with Tindahan’s aesthetic standards.
We strive to prioritize local makers and small businesses first. However, if your products are not already available in Fort McMurray, you are welcome to apply. Approved non-local vendors can ship their products to us, and we will handle the display and updates as needed.
